Hi! I'm Esther Santos, and I'm excited to be your Community School Facilitator. As an educator and active member of the Baltimore County Community School Initiative, I look forward to working with you all to impact our school community in a positive way. Originally from the Dominican Republic, I moved to the U.S. at 8 years old, and my experience as an immigrant drives my passion for supporting Multilingual Learners (ML's). Outside of work, I balance life as a mother of 2 boys (10 and 2) and pursue educational goals, all while staying committed to initiatives that help every student participate fully in school activities.
