Bio: My name is Mrs. Asha Rajamani and I am the science department chair! I have been working in Woodlawn for over 15 years. I coach Badminton in Fall and Tennis in spring. If you are willing to be a part of the Woodlawn Athletic team, I will be glad to help you. When I am not teaching, I travel a lot. I love spending time with family in India. Bio: My name is Dr. B and I have been in the science department at WHS since 2018. At home, I have two cats named Ollie and Butters and a Min-Pin Chihuahua rescue named Spoetzl. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy working out at Orange Theory, going to see my brother’s punk rock band, and grilling burgers at my sister’s house - I love cheeseburgers!

Bio: My name is Mr. Bernardelli and I am in the science department at Woodlawn High School. I have been part of the BCPS system since I was in kindergarten, having earned my diploma from Eastern Technical High School in 2000. I love to talk about environmental issues in and outside of the classroom, but also love music (I play bass and guitar) and travelling/learning about different cultures and languages.

I have 7 years' experience working and teaching within the Special Needs community. When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my two little children, cooking, trying new foods and diy crafts

Bio: My name is Summer Hiles, I teach in the science department. I have taught Earth Systems, Biology, Anatomy and Physiology and PLTW: Biomedical Innovations at Woodlawn High School for 9 years. Prior to Woodlawn, I was employed by the Institute of Notre as a science/PE teacher, Athletic Trainer and Athletic Director. I am also the varsity girls soccer coach. I love the outdoors and cheering on both my boys and my Woodlawn students. I also love playing and watching soccer! Fun fact, I grew up in a Navy household and have moved around most of my life. The most unique place I lived was Lajes, Azores.

Bio: Hi! I'm Mrs. Free and I am a third-year teacher here at Woodlawn. I recently got married and am loving the married life! In my spare time I love to play video games, weight lift, and play Dungeons and Dragons with my friends. I'm looking forward to a another great year at Woodlawn!

Bio: My name is Mr. Sales and I am in the science department. I am a BCPS Alum, graduating from Dulaney High School in 1987. I love hanging out with my three children, going on hikes, and bike riding. I also enjoy going to sporting events, playing video games, eating, and napping.

Bio: My name is Dr. Singleton. I joined the science department at Woodlawn HS in 2018. Prior to coming to WHS, I taught in the South Bronx for six years and in Anne Arundel County for five years. I worked as a Chiropractor in NYC for several years before changing careers to become a teacher. I love spending time with my son, traveling and attending concerts.
