Student Residency Verification:
Standard student residency may be established when a parent or legal guardian owns or rents the residence in their own name. If the lease or deed is not in the name of a parent or legal guardian, the residence is considered a shared domicile and requires additional documentation to verify residency. Students enrolled under a shared domicile arrangement are also required to renew residency documentation periodically. To meet the documentation requirements, each item must be submitted as a complete, full-page document. Please ensure that all pages are fully unfolded and clearly visible. Advertisements and promotional mail are not accepted as proof of residency. All approved mail must display parent/guardian full name and address.
Initial Shared Domicile Requirements:
- Valid parent/guardian photo ID
- Three (3) pieces of mail dated within the last 60 days
- Lease/Mortgage/Deed
Renewal of Shared Domicile Status:
- Valid parent/guardian photo ID
- Three (3) pieces of mail dated within the last 60 days
Standard Residency:
- Valid parent/guardian photo ID
- Lease/Mortgage Statement in Parent/Guardian name
- Three (3) pieces of mail dated within the last 60 days
