Procedure for arriving and departing to and from
practice
Student-athletes should meet coach at the designated
drop-off location immediately arriving to the school. No one is permitted to
roam around the campus or inside the building. There are no spectators
allowed to watch practices or games. Parents please drop off your child and
exit the grounds. The Coach will meet the team at the designated
location and take attendance as part of contact tracing protocol. The team will
maintain social distancing while waiting and walking to their practice
facility. Masks will be worn all the time. When practice is over the team will
leave the practice facility together and walk to the designated pick-up
location. Please refer to the Woodlawn
Maps for the locations.
Students-Athletes will need to bring the following items
to practice.
1.
Water bottle: WHS will not provide any water. It
is recommended that each student brings a 16oz water bottle for the practices
and games. Students are not permitted to share water.
2.
Mask: All student-athletes must have their own
mask to participate. Any student that does not have a mask will not be
permitted to stay on school grounds.
3.
Hand sanitizer: it is recommended that each
student-athlete bring their own sanitizer. There will be sanitizer stations set
up for those in need.
Locker
rooms are closed.
Since locker rooms are off limits.
All student-athletes should arrive dressed and ready to practice.
Equipment
and Uniforms

Students-athletes will be issued a uniform for
the season and it will be their responsibility to care for the uniform. The
coaches are not permitted to collect the uniforms until after the season. Uniforms
should be kept laundered and maintained in the condition it was received.

Football players will be responsible for the equipment
that will be issued to them. The equipment will not be collected until the end
of the season. Which means the helmets, shoulder pads, and practice gear will
all go home each day. The student-athlete will be responsible to sanitize the equipment
for the next practice.
Students will be issued a contract to hold them
responsible for their uniforms and equipment.
Transportation
If
you need a ride to practice go to one of the locations listed below. BCPS is
providing a one-way ride from the locations below to Woodlawn H.S.
